Customer satisfaction is always our top priority, and as such we handle each query on an individual basis to the best of our ability.
While we hope that you are delighted with your order,
if you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods we will happily offer you full refund.
Unfortunately, we can not refund any taxes, duties, charges or the return and shipping fee.
Refunds will also be set at the price you paid not the price in the currency concerned at the date of refund.

with your order number and specify if its a return or an exchange and we will instruct you accordingly.
For items on sale we cannot accept exchanges and returns.
Items cannot be returned or exchanged during during special promotions and special orders
RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE
Email us and inform us of your return.
Place the item(s) in the original shipping box.
Place the original or a copy of the receipt that came with your order.
Close the box and taped it securely.
Post your parcel using any of your preferred methods.
We kindly advise that the items on sale for no profit projects cannot be changed or returned.
We recommend posting within 7 days of your Return Request and requesting proof of postage
to guarantee that we receive your parcel within 14 days.
We regret that we cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit.
When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
Customer is responsible for the generated return costs.
The product must be in perfect conditions and the original labels need to be included.

Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team.
If an item received is classified as faulty and was received damaged,
you must contact us within 5 days of receipt we can then offer alternatives such as repair or exchanges.
EXCHANGES
Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size.
Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability.
Exchanges shipped to you free of charge.
Should you be interested in a different style, please return your item/s to us and simply purchase
the new piece separately at www.atm-studio.com.
During special sales items or special order cannot be returned or exchanged.

soon as ATMSTUDIO has received a receipt of your transaction we will process the order.
We will process your purchased items in the shortest time possible.
During sale period, processing of orders and customer support may take longer time than normal.
We operate Monday to Friday with the exception of public holidays.

We offer free delivery on all orders above 600 EUR - Please use option at checkout when applicable.
DELIVERY
Delivery to countries outside the South Korea may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility.
If so, the shipping company may contact you once your Items are in customs to let you know the cost.
Be aware that this may delay your delivery time as goods held at customs
will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods.
Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays
caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFO
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.
These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately,
we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be,
as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs,
customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
Please note - we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift.
In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel,
the order will be returned to South Korea and will not be re-shipped.
Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.
